The BOV laboratory is a semi-automatic machine designed for small-lot production, laboratories and the production of test products filled with BOV technology, mainly in the cosmetics, food and pharmaceutical industries. The BOV (Bag on Valve) laboratory is equipped with a BOV crimping head, a BOV product filling head with product pressure control and a valve cleaning head. It can be additionally equipped with a system of static mixers for gel products. High precision and repeatability of filling allows you to work in various industries, with various products, valves and cans. All operating units have a built-in "no can = no operation" system to prevent uncontrolled product leakage.
The manual crimper and semi-automatic gassing machine is the most basic semi-automatic set in the production of aerosols. Perfect for very small productions or short test runs. The device allows for quick and precise clamping and propellant filling of aerosol cans. It is equipped with a replaceable crimping head with a manual crimping lever and a pneumatically powered gassing unit. The machine is capable of clamping and gassing about 15 containers per minute (actual speed depends on operator experience).
Both the clamping height and diameter can be adjusted so that the clamping parameters correspond to those recommended by the valve manufacturer. The head is lowered and rests on the can with the valve to be clamped by the movement of the jack, and then clamps the valve from the inside. The crimping head works with both steel and aluminum aerosol valves. The amount of gas to fill the can is regulated manually, and the gassing process is initiated by a pedal or buttons.
