Product mixing station

The Product Mixing Station can be used in all aerosol production processes, but so far it has been most often installed in PU foam filling plants.

 

The station is equipped with a mixer and a system of pipes connecting to a series of Mauser tanks with product components. The exact amounts of ingredients are mixed and added to the mixer by pumps according to the product technology. The ingredients of the product are mixed in the mixer until the desired product parameters are achieved. The Product Mixing Station is equipped with software and a panel that allows installation and definition of procedures for many products. The mixer can be insulated or heated depending on the technology of the product. The mixing history, including data on measured parameters, can be stored on a USB flash drive or on an online server.

Can shaker / Rotomix

PU foam consists of many ingredients which, when filled and combined in a can, must be mixed very well within a few minutes. This requires equipping the PU foam bottling line with a machine that can handle this task.

 

A can shaker or Rotomix is ​​located above the slat conveyor and consists of a gripping arm that is capable of shaking more than 25 cans at a time. The shaking time can be adjusted to the individual product technology. Rotomix is ​​equipped with a system of sensors that enable the entry and exit of the cans from the machine.
