Thanks to the sorter and choosing the right cap or aerosol valve, the package will be properly closed. The sorting process of caps and valves and their correct assembly on the packaging are crucial for the durability of the product and the proper functioning of its packaging. The sorters of caps and aerosol valves available on the market are not always optimally suited to the needs of modern production. The cap sorter with a conveyor is used in the technological process of aerosol components produced in the production lines of plants. The device is used for the correct orientation and transport to the next device of caps used for placing on the filled aerosol canisters. The device can work with a capacity of up to 120 pieces per minute.
The orientation of the caps is performed by the basket of the caps sorter with a rotating interchangeable wheel and a set of nozzles. The caps are fed by guides integrated with the conveyor. The cap sorter is made of acid-resistant steel and high-quality plastics. The current service of the cap sorter with the conveyor is performed by one operator. Works with devices: cap elevator and cap jigging machine. The sorter can be converted into caps of different diameters by replacing the sorting wheel.

Magnetic valve sorters are used for the correct orientation, sorting and continuous feeding of inch aerosol valves to the technological line.
Valves from the charging hopper are fed to the pneumatic ejector by means of a sorting system and guides, whose task is to throw a directed valve through the transport pipe to a rotary hoist installed in the AMR automatic rotary module. The design of the magnetic valve sorter allows the use of only inch valves with a steel body.

Vibrating sorters are used for the correct orientation, sorting and continuous feeding of valves, spray heads, caps, and atomizers for aerosol containers to the technological line. The sorted elements from the charging hopper are transported to a slide connected with a suitable jigging machine by means of variable frequency vibrations. The day-to-day service of the cap sorter is performed by one operator.
