It is designed for the automatic application of caps on aerosol containers filled with the product. The rotary cap jig works with a cap sorter and a cap conveyor located between them. The rotary cap jig can be right or left, depending on the side from which the containers enter the machine. The device is equipped with a can and screw cap guiding system consisting of star wheels, rims and a set of 6 or 8 hooks that attach the caps to the cans. The cap is placed while the can passes through the device. This allows for a much higher efficiency of placed caps compared to indexing solutions adapted to production lines with a capacity of more than 60 pieces per minute. The rotary cap jigger works with a vibrating sorter of flat caps. It can be right or left, depending on the side from which the containers enter the machine. The device is equipped with a system for guiding cans and flat caps, consisting of a toothed wheel, a guiding rim and an arch that secures the flat caps.

The Pick & Place cap embedding machine is designed to automatically place the caps on the aerosol cans previously filled with the product. Although it is an indexing machine, it differs from a standard indexing capping machine in terms of the technology of placing the caps. In the case of a standard indexing cap jig, the nuts are guided over the can by a guide system and then positioned by the actuator. The Pick & Place Cap Emitter is equipped with a swivel arm with grippers at the end that take the nuts from the feed opening and then place them one at a time on the cans. The grippers are equipped with a cap forming system that allows you to place even deformed caps. The machine can work with a capacity of up to 50 pieces per minute.
