Each table can be built to work in the food or pharmaceutical industry, as well as to work in the EX zone. Slat type feeding tables are designed to automate the feeding of containers to subsequent machines on the production line. They ensure the continuity of production by ensuring a constant supply of empty containers and can be adapted to the line capacity. Each table can be equipped with a pneumatic can disruptor mechanism that prevents cans from jamming at the exit. Depending on the configuration, the output can be side or central.

The slat-type conveyor is a device used to transport containers between successive machines of the aerosol filling line. The standard length of the slat conveyor is 2 m and its multiples, e.g. 4 m, 6 m, 8 m. SOLMATIC also produces conveyors with non-standard dimensions, e.g. 1 m, 1,5 m, 3 m, 5 m or with non-standard shapes (arches, passages).

The feeding table is one of the basic components of the aerosol, BOV and perfume filling lines. The SPO feeding table transports containers in the diameter range of Ø20 mm - Ø75 mm. It can be adapted to work in an EX zone, and the material of the plate chain can be selected in accordance with the standards of the food or pharmaceutical industry.
The device automates the transport of containers to the technological line, optimizing work in the production plant - it ensures no downtime and work at an even pace. Empty cans are unloaded onto the pallet table manually by the operator, using a magnetic gripper or a semi-automatic depalletiser. Then they are automatically moved onto conveyors that lead them between machines on the line. At the exit of the table, a pneumatic disruptor is installed, which prevents the cans from blocking at the connection with the conveyor, thanks to which the flow is continuous and even. The outlet is located in the center of the table width.
