For what and for whom?

Efficient and effective - this should be the washing process in industrial processing plants (especially in the food industry - e.g. meat plants). Working with leading manufacturers of washing chemicals for industry, we undertook the analysis of currently used washing systems. The result of this analysis was the certainty that the currently used washing systems do not achieve the desired level of efficiency and effectiveness. It was a signal for us to introduce a completely new product to the market - a system that meets the needs of food producers in the XNUMXst century.

 

From analysis to design to research

We start work on each project with a detailed one market analysis. This was also the case here - we have examined the demand to create a solution that will fully satisfy it.

We checked, among others what transporters are currently used in production plants. Thanks to this, we were able to design a prototype conveyor adapted to the production line most often used in meat plants - it was our starting point for creating a design and building a washing station.

Design and testing process was folded. It was made up of many successive stages - from determining the number and shape of the washing station chambers and selecting the appropriate spray angles or the distance of nozzles from the moving conveyor, through the design of the washer's power modules, to testing the effectiveness of washing and creating drying systems. All to create the most efficient and universal solution.

 

Modern washing system

The result of our work, supported by EU funds, is complete, modern and meeting the current market needs transporters washing station. Our solution, using the Cleaning-In-Place technology, brings a number of benefits for entrepreneurs.

Automating the washing process eliminates the risk of human error and allows save up to 1300 liters of water per hour (compared to a Karcher industrial washer)! In addition, cleaning is possible even at low temperatures thanks to the self-cleaning option in a closed circuit, a constant monitoring guarantees full control and supervision of the washing and cleaning process.

Automating the washing process allows for delegating operators to perform key tasks to the development of the company, and maintaining the highest quality of hygiene in the production hall translates into increasing the quality of the final product and gaining an advantage over the competition.

In addition, the design solutions used by us allow for easy integration a washing station for conveyors with systems and devices currently used by production plants. As a result, manufacturers can quickly and easily implement our solution in their production process!
