The pneumatic atomizer crimper is a device powered solely by compressed air. It is equipped with a single head for external clamping of atomizers onto containers. Thanks to the convenient 'push-to-clamp' system, the operator can operate the machine with only one hand. It is possible to order the crimping jaws for atomizers of various diameters, the replacement of which is very quick. Clamping is very fast and reproducible, which allows a large number of containers to be closed in a short time. The machine has additional holes for fixing to the table top for even greater stability. It is a device intended especially for small-scale production and laboratory use due to its high flexibility, efficiency and very low operating costs. All mechanical parts are made of stainless steel.
